These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of jhoothi.in (the "Service"), operated by Jhoothi, a sole proprietorship of Jaydeepsinh Shyamsinh Rajput ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Jhoothi provides AI-generated text content — including excuses, declines, and similar short-form conversational responses — for entertainment, social, and personal use. The Service is delivered digitally via the website and email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription or pre-order. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others. You specifically agree not to use generated content to:

• Defraud any individual, business, or government authority
• Cover up criminal activity
• Harm, harass, threaten, or stalk another person
• Mislead employers, financial institutions, courts, or law enforcement in ways that cause material harm

The Service is intended for low-stakes social situations and entertainment. You are solely responsible for how you use any generated content.

4. Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, and Billing

We offer tiered access, including monthly subscriptions and lifetime founding-member access. Prices are listed on the Service and processed via Razorpay. Pre-orders made before product launch are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and original written content on the Service is the property of Jhoothi. AI-generated content delivered to you is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of generated content, including but not limited to relationship, employment, financial, or legal consequences. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
