Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for all paid plans on jhoothi.in.
14-Day Refund Window
Within 14 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason — no questions asked. This applies to all plans, including monthly subscriptions, lifetime founding-member access, and pre-orders.
Pre-Launch Purchases
If you purchase a plan before the Service is fully launched and we fail to launch within 60 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a 100% refund regardless of the 14-day window above.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@jhoothi.in with:
- Your order ID or the email associated with the purchase
- A brief reason (optional, but helpful)
We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used billing periods outside the 14-day window.
What Is Not Refundable
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase (other than the pre-launch failure clause above)
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, including fraudulent use of the Service
Disputed Transactions
If you believe a payment was charged in error, please contact us first at hello@jhoothi.in before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We almost always resolve issues faster directly.
