Shipping & Exchange Policy

Digital Service — No Physical Shipping
Jhoothi is a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. No postal, courier, or logistics delivery applies to our Service.
Service Delivery
- Once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your access is activated and confirmation is sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
- Most purchase confirmations arrive within minutes. In rare cases, allow up to 24 hours.
- During the pre-launch phase, access details and onboarding instructions will be sent to you on the day the Service publicly launches.
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of payment, check your spam folder and then write to hello@jhoothi.in.
Exchange
Because we do not provide a physical product, the concept of exchange does not apply. If you are unhappy with the Service, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Changes to Service Delivery
We reserve the right to modify delivery methods (for example, switching from email-based onboarding to in-app onboarding) as the Service evolves. Any change will not affect your existing access or rights under our other policies.
